PARKINSON'S DISEASE QUEENSLAND

DESCRIPTION Parkinson's Queensland Inc provides support and information services to People with Parkinson's, their carers, families and friends within the metropolitan and regional communities of Queensland. We provide support and assistance through activities such as telephone advisory services and face-to-face meetings with People with Parkinson's, their families and friends. We provide valuable resources such as information packs and access to literature. We conduct metropolitan and regional support group education and in-service education for various public/private sector health professionals and residential facilities. We provide accredited continuing medical education for Doctors and Specialists throughout Queensland and generally provide information to those within our communities who are interested in learning more about Parkinson's disease.
